Topper’s notable theater credits include THE NORMAL HEART (Felix Turner) for The Necessary Theater/AAI, COCK (John) for Red Turnip Theater, THE TEMPEST REIMAGINED (Trinculo) for PETA Theater, THE BOY IN THE BATHROOM (David) for The Sandbox Collective, THE MAIDS (Claire) and GODSPELL for MusicArtes, and SILENT SKY (Peter Shaw), HAIR (Claude), THE PRODUCERS (Leo Bloom), BOEING! BOEING! (Robert Castin) for Repertory Philippines among many others. He is best known for originating the role of Young Anthony for Full House Theater’s ANG HULING EL BIMBO and was last seen onstage as Prior Walter for Atlantis Productions’ ANGELS IN AMERICA PART ONE: MILLENNIUM APPROACHES. Topper is also one of the founding members of Red Turnip Theater. He made his directorial debut with their production of RABBIT HOLE in 2014. His other directorial credits with Red Turnip include THIS IS OUR YOUTH and TRIBES (2016 Gawad Buhay Award, Outstanding Stage Direction of a Play). Outside of Red Turnip, he has helmed Stephen Sondheim’s COMPANY for Upstart Productions, BLACKBIRD for The Necessary Theater/AAI and The Virgin Labfest’s ANG BATA SA BUS STOP (2017) and THE BRIDE AND THE BACHELOR (2019). He made his film debut as Jared in the 2019 Cinema One Originals film SILA SILA which garnered him the Best Supporting Actor Award that year.  He went on to receive Best Supporting Actor nominations in the 2020 FAMAS Awards, Gawad Urian, Pista ng Pelikulang Pilipino and the Luna Awards. His other film credits include Rae Red’s TENEMENT 66 and the upcoming ISANG SALAYSAY NG KARAHASANG PILIPINO for Lav Diaz. His television credits include the fantaserye THE LOST RECIPE as Professor Alfredo, ARTIKULO 247, UNCONDITIONAL and MISIS PIGGY.
