Trixie Lao is an aspiring theatre professional with a Bachelor of Arts in Performing Arts degree from the Polytechnic University of the Philippines. She has a rich background in theatre, having been a former member of both Sining-Lahi Polyrepertory and Tanghalang Molave, and has starred in numerous university productions.

Recently, she participated in a production with Dulaang Laboratoryo at the University of the Philippines Diliman, playing the role of Arie in Dr. Joem Antonio’s “Napakaselan ng Gabi.” She also recently took part in Philippine Educational Theatre Association (PETA) Acting 1 Summer Workshop titled “Yun Nga Kung ‘Yun Na Nga”, where she portrayed Senyora Frola, and has starred as Belle in PETA’s Creative Musical Theatre AM showcase titled “Paskong Hiling: Ang Musikal.”
