With formal training as an actor, singer, and dancer, Shaun Ocrisma has been working in the Philippine entertainment industry for over 10 years.
His work includes being part of the award-winning ensemble of Dekada ‘70: Isang Musikal (2020), acting in the internationally streamed docuseries of FX's Choe Show (2022), and playing the iconic Filipino queer icon Ada in ZsaZsa Zaturnnah the Musical… ‘Yun Lang! (2023).
Studying Theatre Arts in Ateneo de Manila University, Shaun has been mentored by Ricardo Abad, Ron Capinding, Missy Maramara, Ejay Yatco, and Guelan-Varela Luarca in Acting, Directing, and Musical Theatre.
Shaun strives to hone his craft through training in voice, piano, and tap dance. He has also received certificates from New York Film Academy Directing and Acting, Manila Symphony Orchestra, Ridgepoint Ballet Choreography and Improvisation, and Lessac Kinesensics.
As an actor and content creator, Shaun aims to create a safe space that celebrates inclusivity and truths.
