Actor, Singer, Mover, Lover
Marynor, also known as Mnor, is a singer, mover, and actor for the stage, TV, and film. A proud alumna of UP Diliman, this Bacoleña graduated Cum Laude with a degree in BA Theatre Arts.
For the theatre, she’s worked with some of the most renowned theater companies in the Philippines namely Dulaang Unibersidad ng Pilipinas, Ateneo Blue Repertory, Full House Theater Company, Tanghalang Pilipino, and Philippine Educational Theater Association.
Some of her plays include PETA’s Batang Rizal, Tagu-taguan Nasaan Ang Buwan and Rak of Aegis, CCP’s Virgin Labfest Hinga: Student’s Handbook, and The Metropolitan Theatre’s Lapulapu: Ang Datu ng Mactan. Last year, Mnor was part of PETA’s live theater comeback playing the role of Julia in the comedy musical, Walang Aray where she got Best Lead Actress nominations from Gawad Buhay and Aliw Awards. She also played the role of Diwata in Tanghalang Pilipino’s restaging of Sandosenang Sapatos and the roles of Kaikeyi and Gintong Usa in Rama, Hari: a Rock Opera Ballet by National Artist for Dance, Alice Reyes and National Artist for Music, Ryan Cayabyab. Most recently, she played the role of Jen in Full House Theater’s Buruguduystunstugudunstuy: Ang Parokya ni Edgar Musical.
For TV, Mnor was in ABSCBN’s Pamilya Ko, and Love in 40 Days, Dreamscape’s Oh, Mando! and Iflix’s Beauty and the Boss. When she’s not acting, Mnor sings and hosts for events. She is a proud LGBTQIA+ ally and believes that “there is no health without mental health.” She lives by her motto: “Love-an, love-an, no bawi bawi!”
