Jenel Rexter A. Dela Torre, also known as "Nel,"  is a Theatre practitioner who worked in different cultural and theater organizations that amplified the calls of students and farmers. He’s known for his role as Rocher in SINAGBAYAN’s “Indi Na Maliwat: Alaala ng Escalante," ensemble in Forty-Two Production’s "Sabel,"  and also in Dulaang UP’s “Walang Biro sa Banyuhay." He was also a Philippine Education Theater Association’s (PETA) intern for the year 2023, where he became a stage manager for some workshops: "ABAKADA: Tsismis the Musical," and "How Jeep is Your Love." He also stage managed several productions: Balintataw Production's "Arya," Tanghalang Molave's "Kung Paano Ako Naging Leading Lady," and PETA Lab's "Albularyo, CCP's "Blueprint ng Pag-Ibig", and Musicartes Inc.'s "The Half-life of Marie Curie". He also became a PETA Integrated Theatre Arts Workshop Facilitator for the year 2024.
