Dancer, Actor, Teacher
Deborah Lemuel is a multi-disciplinary performer, teacher and expressive arts facilitator. With a deep background in dance, she explored the different facets of performance and art-making in theater, film, TVC, online platforms, music, education and experimental and collaborative projects.
She graduated Cum Laude with a Bachelor’s degree in Music majoring in Dance under the UP College of Music (Diliman). She is also a certified Dance Movement Therapy Practitioner from St. Mira’s College for Girls (India).
Some of her notable performances in productions include Bench Fashion Week Day 2 for Le Ngok (2024), Daloy Dance Company’s ItikLandia (2024), Tin Gamboa’s “Dama” for Koryolab (2023), Ms. Universe Philippines (2023), JolliSavers TVC (2023), Mula Sa Buwan (2022), Buboy Raquitico’s “Mano:Fracture” for Koryolab (2019), Michael Que and Dingdong Selga’s “Pavillion 4” (2015, 2014), and Small House of Uncle Thomas in The King and I (2015, 2014) to name a few.
She is also an emerging advocate for holistic wellness, reconnection with our natural environment and animal welfare; utilizing her work in the arts to send timely and relevant messages to inspire action and social change in the community.
