Actor, Singer, Performer, Stage Manager
Aly Torres is a freelance actor working across theater and film. She graduated Magna Cum Laude from the De La Salle-College of Saint Benilde with a Bachelor’s degree in Theater Arts, majoring in Performance. During her time in college, she was a proud scholar of the Original Pilipino Performing Arts (OPPA) Foundation — a foundation formed by Newport World Resorts that aims to institutionalize efforts in the advancement of Philippine performing arts, as part of its 2018 batch.
Her theater acting works include Nonon Padilla’s Ang Dakilang Teatro ng Daigdig (2019); Katrina Stuart Santiago’s Wreckage, A Continuing Performance (2022), directed by Jenny Logico-Cruz; and plays directed by Tuxqs Rutaquio: Layeta Bucoy’s El Mar De Sangre (2019), Doc Anna… Let’s Kill This Lab (2022), and Carlo Vergara’s Indayugang Banal: Isang Superpowered Komedya (2022). Her latest theater credit is UP Dulaang Laboratoryo’s Haus of Zaturnnah: Isang Muzikal (2025).
Alongside her theater work, Aly has appeared in several independent film projects, with her experience mostly rooted in shorts, offering her the freedom to explore various themes in a compact form.
Aly continues to hone her artistry and grow her presence in the local performing arts scene. When she’s not acting for film or theater, she channels her creativity behind the scenes as a stage manager or performing at events.
