Jam is a theater artist, singer-songwriter, and educator. She graduated from Ateneo de Manila University with two degrees: BFA Theater Arts and AB Communication. During her time in college, she was a very active member of Ateneo Blue Repertory and Tanghalang Ateneo, and became blueREP's 27th Season Artistic Director. She is also a recipient of the Loyola Schools Awards for the Arts in Theater Performance in 2020.

 

Upon entering the Ateneo, she worked as a stage manager for a thesis production, Elegy to the Memory of a Girl (2016), and a Fine Arts Department production, Purgatorio (2016). She also took on the role of Assistant Director for blueREP's Real Life Fairytales: Korea (2017), FAME the Musical (2017), and RENT (2018).

Her acting credits include Indian Ancestor in The Addams Family (2016), Jam in Stages of Love (2017), Ensemble understudy in RENT (2018), and Natalie Goodman in Next to Normal (2020) for Ateneo Blue Repertory, and Mariel in Batch 81: Alpha Kappa Omega (2019) and Ismene in Antigone vs the People of the Philippines (2019) for Tanghalang Ateneo. She has also acted in Mark Carpio's Panaginip music video and a number of student thesis films. 

 

During the pandemic, she played the roles of Azul in AZUL: Ang Sirena ng Sigwa (2021) and Katipunera in 2Bayani: A Rock Opera (2022) for Arete Ateneo.

 

In June 2021, she released her debut single, Charade, which was then followed by two more singles, Sorry and Unang Hakbang

 

When she is not acting or making music, Jam takes on the role of teaching assistant for Missy Maramara's theater classes in the Ateneo.
